Identity and contact data: Full name, phone number, email address, date of birth.
Health and medical data: Information you voluntarily share regarding your health status, medical history, existing conditions, medications, allergies, previous aesthetic treatments, and photos or images submitted for face analysis. This is special category data under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and is processed only with your explicit consent.
Communication data: Content of messages sent via WhatsApp, email, or contact forms.

Service providers: Asistan 7/24 (patient relationship, messaging and appointment management system), WhatsApp and Instagram / Meta Platforms (communication channels), Google (appointment calendar synchronisation), Cloudflare (website hosting and security), EntityMed (AI skin analysis used with your explicit consent — facial photos are processed solely to generate your analysis report and are not used for identification or biometric recognition), and other technical platforms used strictly to deliver our services. Some of these providers' servers may be located abroad; such transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
Legal authorities: When required by Turkish law, court order, or regulatory authority.
Medical referrals: With other healthcare providers, only with your explicit consent when a referral is in your medical interest.
All third-party processors are required to protect your data in compliance with applicable law.
6. Data Retention
Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes, and in any case for the minimum periods required under Turkish healthcare and commercial law. Health records are retained for a minimum of 5 years as required by the Turkish Ministry of Health. Upon expiry of the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
7. Your Rights
Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to: learn whether your data is being processed; request information about the processing; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction (where legally permissible); object to processing carried out through automated means; and claim compensation for damage due to unlawful processing.
