What is Melisa?
Melisa is an artificial intelligence assistant working on behalf of our clinic — not a human. She answers messages sent to our WhatsApp and Instagram accounts 24/7 when our team is unavailable. Melisa always introduces herself as an AI assistant and never pretends to be human.
What can she do?
- Treatment information: Provides brief, up-to-date information about the treatments we offer and points you to the treatment pages on this site for details.
- Pricing: Shares current per-session prices and any campaign prices.
- About Dr. Sinan Akyürek: Answers questions about his education, experience and approach (full biography).
- Appointments: Connected to the clinic calendar, she can create, reschedule and cancel real appointments.
- Handover to the team: Forwards anything she cannot answer — or anything that needs human attention — to our clinic team; you can ask to speak with a staff member at any time.
What are her limits?
- No medical assessment: She does not diagnose, prescribe or medically interpret photos or test results you send. Your personalised treatment plan and exact budget are determined only by Dr. Sinan Akyürek during the free pre-consultation.
- She can make mistakes: Melisa is an AI system and may occasionally give incomplete or incorrect information. Her answers are for general information and are not binding commitments. You can always verify details on our treatment pages and during your consultation.
- Not for emergencies: If you report a serious post-procedure complaint, your message is immediately forwarded to the clinic team; in a medical emergency, please contact a healthcare facility directly.
How is your data processed?
Your conversations with Melisa are processed by automated means to handle your request and manage appointment workflows, and are recorded in our patient relations (CRM) system. When you book an appointment, Melisa records your full name in our system; this record is linked to your clinic patient file.
You are never required to share health information through these channels before your consultation; you may prefer to communicate via the clinic phone instead. Human support
At any point, simply write "I'd like to speak with a staff member" — your message will be forwarded to our team, who will reply on the same channel. Clinic hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 11:00–19:00.
